How much does shipping cost?
- We offer free shipping for orders above $60 USD (or equivalent in other currencies)
- Orders under $60 USD are subject to a $8.90 USD shipping fee for all countries, with the exception of Japan and Hong Kong (shipping fee is $3.50 USD)
* If you pay in a currency other than US Dollars, the shipping fee is converted accordingly

How long will delivery take?
- Every piece is 100% handmade with love and care in our studio. Since most of our items are handmade to order, we will work our best to dispatch your orders in 3 - 5 business days.
- Delivery times range from 1-10 business days depending on the destination.

- All shipments have tracking numbers. We will send you a tracking number by email after your parcel leaves the warehouse.
Returned Packages Please contact us immediately once you notice any errors in your address. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to amend any shipping labels. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
